Ordering

Orders should be placed online using the shopping cart. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us and we’ll be glad to assist. You don’t have to create an account to use our site, however we welcome you to register if you’d like to do so. This gives you access to past and current orders, your wish list, order tracking, and earns Customer Loyalty Points which can be used toward payment of future orders.

If you do not want to give credit card information online, please create your order in the shopping cart and choose ‘Telephone Order’ as your method of payment at time of check out, submit your order via the website and then call (575) 770-2806 to speak to a person.

Currently, we process online orders through PayPal Advanced, which allows you to pay using any major credit card, without having a PayPal account. If you have a PayPal account, you may pay using a credit card, balance transfer or bank account transfer within the PayPal system. Orders paid via PayPal e-checks will be held until PayPal advises your funds have been received. This can take 4-6 business days or longer, depending on your bank. We reserve the right to cancel orders shipped to unverified PayPal accounts or those shipped to a third party. On Credit Card transactions, if the Bill To and Ship To are not the same, or do not match the information reported by your bank, or if the IP address logged on our system for your order does not match your billing or shipping location, at our discretion, we will request a Credit Card Authorization Form be submitted to us, along with a copy of the Bill To party’s Credit Card and Drivers License for those orders.  We do this to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions. If this information is not provided, your order will be canceled from our system and payments made will be refunded.

Order Turnaround
We strive to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible.  Some non-soap items may require that we make new stock, and this may take an additional few days to prepare.  If your order requires rush service, please let us know in the order comments section.
International Orders  — We currently do NOT ship internationally… sorry!
 
Shipping 
We generally ship using USPS Priority mail, which takes an average of two to three days to arrive after we tend your box to the Post Office.  We send out tracking numbers upon shipment.
Lost Packages
Claims for shipments lost in the US Mail system will not be initiated until 21 days after date of shipment to give the post office time to make delivery on packages that may be delayed in transit. We cannot process a claim for a shipment that is scanned as “Delivered” by the post office. Contact your post office and speak to your postal carrier as soon as you determine you haven’t received your shipment.
Replacements, Returns and RefundsIf we made an error in shipment, please let us know within 7 days of receipt of goods and we will immediately replace those items that you did not receive. Similarly, please let us know within 7 days if an item arrives and is damaged and we will make sure it is replaced.
We cannot accept returns of any opened items, as these are considered to be personal items and are no longer salable.  Items that are not opened and are in salable condition may be returned within 14 days with prior authorization. A 10% restocking fee will be charged. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable.
If your order is unclaimed or undeliverable to you and is returned to us by the carrier, original and return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Email us for a return authorization number. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization and items returned without authorization will be refused. We will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit. Authorization numbers should be posted on the outside of the package, near the return address. Please request return authorization numbers within 7 days of delivery and return it to us within 14 days. After that time the product will no longer be accepted and sale is considered final.
Product Reactions 
You should always do a safety patch test of any new skin-care product that you use.  This amounts to a trial application, usually on the forearm, where skin is slightly less sensitive.  Should you experience an adverse reaction to any product, discontinue use immediately and flush the skin. Should the reaction persist for more than five days thereafter, please contact a physician.  Please contact us to let us know the nature of your reaction. We provide an extensive list of all of our ingredients, so please check the listing if you know you are sensitive or allergic to any common cosmetic ingredients. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Defects
We make every effort to produce products using safe manufacturing practices. Due to customer demand and concern about ingredients, we have changed most of our preservative systems to more natural eco-certified preservation. The shelf lives of these products will remain approximately a year, provided they are kept at room temperature or less.  You can lengthen the shelf life by storing products in cool conditions, above freezing. Because of the more natural preservation systems, products will be more susceptible to contamination after opening.  You can reduce this likelihood by ensuring that the product only be touched with freshly washed hands or a clean spatula.  All non-soap items bear a manufacturing code.
Discontinue the use of any suspect products and contact us immediately regarding your concerns.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
